How to create Instance for Customer Service Management

Hi,

Anyone can suggest how to create demo instance for Customer Service Management

I would like to explore the Customer Service Management.

On Service Now Developer site, created an instance. The instance created for IT Service Management and there is no option for Customer Service Management.

Hi Leyola, 

By default instance will be created for ITSM. You need to add specific plugins in order to work on different modules. 

Please activate "Customer Service Management (com.sn_customerservice)" plugin. This plugin also contains demo data.
