-Open your browser and navigate to the ServiceNow developer portal
-If you already have a ServiceNow Developer account, sign in with your credentials.
-If you don't have an account, click on "Sign Up" to create a new one. You’ll need to fill in your details, such as your email address, username, and password.
-Once you’ve logged in, on the developer portal’s homepage, navigate to the manage section.
-In this section, you’ll find an option called Personal Developer Instances (PDI). This is where you manage your instances.
-Click on the Create Instance button
-Choose the version of ServiceNow you’d like to use for your new instance
-Optionally, you can select your instance's region
-After selecting the version and region, click on Order Instance or Create. The system will start provisioning your new instance
-It can take a few minutes for the instance to be fully created
-You will also receive your credentials
-After few minutes your instance will ready
-PDIs are free for developers, and they allow you to create, test, and prototype applications in ServiceNow
