Make sure you are logging with same account that you took the exam first time. if you are using the same account then I would suggest to you to contact the ServiceNow training:

they should be able to help you out.

And If you have passed the limited duration.
I have passed my first ttempt in august and now in december I have tried to register for the retake and the platform ask me to give a new voucher ? Is it normal and how must I do to obtain a new voucher ?
Does I have to repay the course on now learning for 300 $ to have a new voucher ?
