How to implement OOB onboarding case type in CSM?

Hello,
We are looking to start with Customer Onboarding in CSM and we found out about CSM Case types.
There is an OOB Onboarding Case type that we are interested to implement.

However, I am unable to find any document/video/steps on how to implement Onboarding Case type.
I did find docs for other case types but nothing for onboarding which is mentioned in the above link.
Could anyone share the details on this because we want to implement complete OOB Onboarding case type as mentioned in product documentation?
