Recommended Actions Search bar and Select source are not showing for non admins

Hi All,

I am working on the Recommended Actions in CSM workspace. But Search bar and Select source are not showing for non admins. Anyone have any idea how this be visible for non admins users.

Check if sn_nb_action.next_best_action_user role helps to see the search.

That role is already added to a user but still the user cannot see the search.
