I have a requirement like when I submit a form in ESC, once the request is approved by Manager,I need to send a notification to the requestor with 2 attachments( which should dynamically update field like data,requestor,location and manager )in the pdf document. Here the manager signature should be updated in those 2 pdfs.How can I achieve this functionality in ESC portal.Do I need make use of Document template,if yes what is the process.If not,what is alternate approach to achieve this functionality.
