I’m working on a CSM portal where some catalog items should be available publicly (without authentication) while others must require users to log in.
I’ve configured pages, widgets, and user criteria for the public items, and those work fine - guest users can access and submit them. The issue is with the items that should require authentication: instead of redirecting users to the login page, the portal now simply displays “You are not authorized to view this item.”
Has anyone found a way to make the portal redirect unauthenticated users to the login page only for items that require authentication, while still keeping selected items available to guest users?
Any suggestions or examples would be greatly appreciated!
