We have a mixed authentication setup in ServiceNow where internal users authenticate using Azure AD SSO with auto‑redirect enabled, while external users are CSM Contact Users authenticate using ServiceNow local login.
Our requirement is to allow local authentication for external users on the now mobile app as well, while internal users should continue to be automatically redirected to Azure AD SSO. Currently, because SSO auto‑redirect is enabled globally, external users are also being redirected to Azure AD when accessing the mobile app, which is causing authentication failures.
Could you please advise on the recommended or supported approach to bypass Azure SSO auto‑redirect for external users and allow local authentication for mobile app access, without impacting internal users or disabling SSO auto‑redirect at the instance level?
