How to remove "consumer info"& "consumer activity" tabs from interaction form (CSM workspace)

Hi,

 

I notice that in the CSM Configurable workspace, on the interaction form, there are 2 tabs "Consumer information" and "Consumer Activity". They seems to appear when the consumer field is populated on the interaction record.

I like to remove these 2 tabs, but cant find any configuration for them, does anyone know how to remove these 2 tabs?

The CSM workspace view is also the same. 

But I have figured it out now, that can't be configured in the related list of the form views, but under the UX screen conditions (sys_ux_screen_condition) from the UX Screen record (sys_ux_screen) - had to remove highlighted section of the Screen Condition such that the tabs does not appear on the interaction form. If im not wrong this configuration was installed as part of the Customer Central plugin

I can't find any official documentations of the above configurations, and had to poke around to discover it for myself.

Hi @wclim ,

 

Open the interaction record in the platform and check the related list in the CSM Workspace view. All the related list which are added to the CSM Workspace view is appear in the CMS Workspace.

I have thought of that previously, but it doesn't seem to be configured in the related list in for the Workspace view. It seems to be configured else where, which is currently a mystery to me.

Could you check if you have CSM Workspace view available. The image you have shared is of Workspace view.
