How to Setup Custom Agent assist for sys_cs_conversation / sys_cs_message table?

Hi,
I am trying to setup a custom Agent assist button on the contextual side panel, which will be used to get the live transcriptions of a conversation of a agent and customer and then find the solutions through agent assist.
Problem: When I am tying of my custom agent assist with the tables: sys_cs_conversation / sys_cs_message, it is not visible, even though the conversation side box is open. But when I am tying the button with any other table like interaction, the button is visible.
Question: Is there any other table which I need to tie up my custom agent assist? Or is there any other way?
The button at the top of contextual side panel, is my button is currently tied up with interaction table
