How to show banner message on CSM workspace

Hi Everyone,

Is their any possibility that we can show the banner message on CSM workspace like we do on Native UI or portal (announcements)?

I know we can show the announcements on Native UI based on user criteria, But I want to show the message only on Workspace.

Is their anyway we can achieve this? Please respond if you have any idea or already implemented.

Are you looking for announcements specifically on the CSM Workspace and not anywhere else ? Because you have the general announcement feature that works for all workspaces , you just go to Banner Announcement Config sys_ux_banner_announcement_config and under Unified Navigation you can add new announcements:

Yes I am looking specially for CSM workspace not elsewhere.

I know the general announcements feature that have the user criteria in it.

But is there any possibility, that we can add any banner to the workspace, only for workspace user who opens workspace.

There is no such OOTB capability at the moment.

The only way you could achieve the requirement would be to enhance the CSM Workspace via the UI Builder and add new component(s).
