How to show inbox module in Agent workspace

I have done all the setup for virtual agent by installing plugin and assigning role to user to make chat setup. It is coming fine in portal end, but in agent workspace setup I am unable to see Inbox module on my left hand side.
Please let me know how can I get my Inbox module show in the highlighted arrow area.

The workspace that you have the screenshot for is it a custom workspace or OOB. If OOB what plugin you installed to get this workspace?

Hello Deepika,
We created a custom configurable workspace, and we are also trying to have the inbox module for our agents.
Have you found a solution yet?
I would like to add that the inbox module is available in the agent workspace but not in configurable workspaces.
You can find the inbox module in the agent workspace navigating to Workspace Experience > Administration > All Workspaces:
My understanding is that Service Operations Workspace is the new Agent Workspace, so maybe the "Inbox" module is being deprecated?
