I am trying to create new scenarios on my company's demo instance [after installing plugins] but facing the below errors with regard to HRSD. Can anyone guide me please.

1. In New HR Profile, Location hierarchy data is not reflecting against any new user created on demo instance due to which the HR Profile data is not getting created. What can be the reason behind the same?
2. No new HR Groups are getting created in the instance- currently 16 HR groups are getting auto reflected, but the new 3 HR groups I created are not reflecting. It shows under 'All' but not under HR groups or total count. The status is Active.
3. When we create a new user, I understand we use 'Users' under System security but the company data for any new user created on demo instance is not getting linked, the same user data if created directly using- 'Companies' under User administration appears but which is the correct way for us to link user with the company?4. New Case- When any new case is created, the search is done by employee number or case number but none of it is getting reflected in the demo instance, rather the search is only showing company names. How can this be fixed?
