I can't see my case in the sn_customerservice.customer role

I can submit a case from the CSM portal by pretending to be a user who has been granted the sn_customerservice.customer role, but then I cannot see the case that I submitted.
I think the sn_customerservice.customer role can vote for cases as an outsider and check the cases that I have voted for. Is there something wrong?
Please let me know if you can think of the cause or countermeasures.

What do you mean with 'voting for cases'? 

Also: what troubleshooting did you do? Did you check logs/access analyzer?
