I have added one field using Dot Walking but not visible untill Reset Column to Default

HI Team,

 

I have added one field to a form which is Dot walked field . But one someone else checks for that field in related list its not visible unless someone does Reset Column to Default?

Any idea how to avoid this?

you have added dot walked field on form but how can you do Rest column to default for list?

your question seems incorrect.

Reset to column default is for list layout

This is default behaviour. If you really want to force the new column, and override everyones personal preference you can follow this article:

How to reset users' personalized list layouts/columns to use the system default - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com)
