I want to accept out of office and undeliverable emails in servicenow related to CSM

Currently the the email filter - Ignore Header is filtering out the out of office and undeliverable email to junk. So we need to modify the condition to accept it into servicenow only for customer service target table . And need to know whether this modification impact the servicenow performance.
