This spike is to identify and document what has to be implemented in ServiceNow to bring that functionality into the Configurable Workspace Case/Incident forms. Please provide a document that contains all information regarding any plugins, modules, access roles, code changes, etc that is necessary to implement this functionality. Be sure to document the integration flow between Ascendo and ServiceNow.
The output of this spike should be a set of instructions outlining what has to be done to implement the Ascendo AI module in Configurable Workspace. This should include any plugins, access roles, code changes, etc.
Kindly please help me on this Spike.
