I need to create an inbound email action, I need it as soon as the customer sends a response email, then the status of the same request that he opened will be changed from resolves, which is a value of 6, to opened, which is a value of 1, and also in the reapon count field, the number of times the fault was reopened will be calculated

Hi, this sounds like this will be a simple solution, but with no details of your response email it is not possible to evaluate and provide guidance. Perhaps you could share an example of a response email so that the community can understand your requirement better.
Also, I would suggest you review some of the OOB inbound actions in a PDI and make an attempt to work this out for yourself. You will learn a lot more if you make an attempt, and the community is always here to support and answer specific questions.
