Incident auto resolved if no response from caller

hi Team,
When I do not get a response from the caller after recording 3 communication attempts, then the Incident ticket will be resolved and a resolution code updated.
is there any OOB feature existing in PDI?
if not how to achieve it.

I have done similar in the past via Workflow Editor such as in this example
