Incident visible in Employ Service Center portals to users other than the caller

Hi all
In /esc portal user can search, display and manage incident or Service Request where he is the Requestor.
How I can permit some other users can diplay Incident or SR not "owned" by him in ESC portal?
Also, if a user who is not the requestor and does not have fullfiller roles enters a comment from /esc acts as a fullfiller then consume a subscription?

Hello, you should consider licensing implications before modifying ACLs or making other access changes. If you need to view or approve tickets that are not yours, you must have at least stakeholder. Depending on your specific need, can be also interesting to leverage the Watch List functionality.
The Watch List allows users to be added as watchers on incidents or service requests, enabling them to view updates without requiring fulfiller roles.
