Industry models/Service Organizations

Hello!

Have anyone yet implemented Industry model/Service Organizations in CSM? I am trying to implement it but having hard time. Can't really find the link between the Locations and much more. 

Any help is welcome.

Hi,

 

Is there anything specific you are looking for? Could you share more details what you are trying to leverage industry data model for?

 

1) Location is to track the physical location 

2) Service Organizations are any Organizations involved in offering customer service. It could be an Internal business location(company owned organizations), External business location(3rd party owned) or Outsourced service provider.
