Is there any way to selectively make attachment Internal on a case when an agent loads them to a case?

Hi guys
Our agents would like to ability to load internal documents to a case. I can probably write an ACL to apply to all documents but that's now what I want. Is there a way have the option to select which ones to make internal at the attachment level?

OOB nothing helps you to indicate attachment is internal or something
