Here I have an employee extended table from sys_user and was expecting to be able to configure Lookup and Verify on it but it seems I can only configure the 2 existing records on sn_lookup_verify_config (Consumer and Contact). Therefore the functionality would be useless for us.
Has anyone had this issue?

Hi
NO!! It's only for Consumer and Contact.
Agents can use the Lookup and verify feature to search for contacts and consumers. After verifying a user's information, agents can populate that information on the interaction record.
If an agent can't find a contact or consumer, they can create a record for that user from within the Lookup and verify feature.

Is 'Lookup and Verify' only available for Interactions or even available for Cases?
I have activated and its working fine for interactions, but i don't see it appearing for cases

Did you try to extend consumer or contact tables and see if it allows you to use this feature while still using the extended table ?
