Issues with CSM self registration

I'm having persistent issues with customers trying to register for a customer account on our CSM portal. 

It works fine from the Admin ITSM side to create new accounts and registrations go through for approval to the customer admin however when trying to register with the customer registration code this error message is shown "please verify the security code" 

 

Can anyone explain why this might be?

there's not enough details to tell you for sure, but it seems from my perspective that you didn't satisfy the captcha.... tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox to continue.

 

And then try it again, also is the registration code correct (it may be case sensitive, try both).

 

Please check following:

  • captcha - OK
  • registration code - case sensitive (try BOTH)

Thank you, you’re right it was indeed the captcha @GlideFather failing.
