Issues with Text Alignment and Color in ServiceNow

Hi everyone, I need your insights. We’re encountering a couple of formatting issues in our ServiceNow instance and would appreciate your input:

  1. Bulleted List Alignment
    We've noticed that when using bulleted lists inside tables, the text doesn't align properly. Is this the default behavior in ServiceNow, or is there a way to adjust the alignment?

  2. Unexpected Blue Text in Tables
    When editing articles, the text inside table cells appears black. However, once published and viewed in the customer portal, the same text turns blue. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to keep the text color consistent?
