JavaScript Error: UXF Shortcuts Issue on CSM Portal During Impersonation

I am encountering a UXF Shortcuts JavaScript error when accessing the CSM Portal while impersonating a user. After a few seconds, a pop-up error appears, and the console log shows:
"[UXF Shortcuts]: An error occurred while fetching keyboard shortcuts from server:"
This JavaScript error occurs only when impersonating users on the CSM portal, including those with admin rights. It does not happen when logged in as an actual admin.
I have tried deactivating all keyboard shortcut-related features in the User Features table, including setting glide.ui.keyboard.shortcuts.enabled to false, but the issue persists.
Is this a known issue, and are there any suggested fixes or workarounds?

Hi @julianhotte

Yes, this is a known issue and is fixed in WP8 or XP1.

Hi @Sergi
We are running Xanadu Patch 1 Hotfix 2 and are still seeing this error message.  Same conditions as julianhotte above, can you link us to the PRB/KB that indicates that this is fixed so we can follow up with any additional information required, otherwise we'll need to start a support ticket and get this figured out.  Thanks! 🙂

@sergiu_panaite can you please provide KB or PRB related to this case?

The related problem is PRB1784826.
