Knowledge Articles are Not Visible to the users in Agent Workspace view

Hello all,

 

In Customer Service Application, Agent Workspace view, User can able to see all the Knowledge Articles, Published articles and Unpublished Articles in LIST View, but when he tries open any record it's not opening on Form view the record is not visible. And the user is having knowledge_admin Role.

Can anyone please help me on this, why the record details not visible on form, what may be the issue.

Hi @Priya madyapgol ,

Check if the user has "agent_workspace_user" role.

Thanks for your response, the user is already having 'agent_workspace_user' but still unable to see the record on form view, can you please help me what changes and where i need to do the changes.

Please check with other users as well. else, you can clear the browser's cache and check again.
