Is there a way to grant access to a KB article, if the article has read access to a specific group, but the Knowledge Base that the article is published in is locked down to other groups?
Ex: 'Knowledge Base' is given Can Read to group A and group B
Article in Knowledge Base is given Can Read to Group C.
Group C cannot see article because they are blocked at the Knowledge Base level with can read.
Is there an override property that accomplishes access to a KB article if Can Read is given at the article level, but not at the KB level.

Hi @Chris Petrone ,
Yes, you can do this.
You can create or modify an ACL for the article that specifies who can read it, effectively overriding the broader KB-level access restrictions.
Create or Modify ACL for the Article:
- Navigate to System Security > Access Control (ACL).
- Create a new record or modify an existing one for the specific article.
- Set the operation to "Read" and define the conditions under which users can access the article.
- Ensure the conditions are set so that users can access the article even if they lack the necessary KB-level permissions.
