Make Needs attention true if follow up date is reached

Hello all,

The requirement is to make "Needs Attention = true" in my case - if the Follow up date is reached. I have tried via the BR approach, but somehow the logic is wrong.

Any help for this would be really helpful.

Why not make it easy on yourself? Create a flow to trigger on setting of the follow up date and put a 'wait until' condition in it to wait until that date is reached.

You can use the 'wait for a duration of time' logic and set it to 0 seconds after follow up date.
