Making Status Field Editable in CSM Workspace

Hi Everyone,
I have a requirement and would appreciate your guidance. As we all know, State is an out-of-the-box (OOB) field. I created a custom Status field based on my task requirements. When the State changes to Closed, all fields in the Case form become read-only. However, I need the Status field to remain editable when the State is Closed.
I configured UI policies, and while it works correctly in the native view, it does not function as expected in the CSM workspace.
Could you please advise on how to make the Status field editable in the CSM workspace when the State is Closed?

Hi
There is an OOTB UI policy which makes all fields read only when case is closed
You can add condition to exclude status field. Make sure to deactivate the custom UI policies you have created.
