Mass emails

Hi everyone,

We need to send massive emails from Workspace. I have checked Targeted Communications but it's related to articles/publications, create different notifications, etc... I don't know if it the best solution for doing that.

Has anyone been done something similiar before?

Hi @Dennis ,

There is no OOTB functionality directly available in Workspace , however you can use the below path to send the email to multiple users by adding them in "To":

  1. Open an email draft.
  2. Click the quick message icon (Quick message icon.).
  3. From the quick messages list, select a quick message by clicking the insert icon (Insert icon.).

Example

In the following GIF, an agent creates an email requesting more information from the caller Beth Anglin. The agent opens the Quick Messages panel and then inserts several quick messages.Adding quick messages.
