When I open my workspace using this link
https://dev50047.service-now.com/now/workspace/agent/home
My workspace was showing like error "You do not have permission to view this data.

tough you did not give us the important information with which user and roles you are logged in I assume it is the System Administrator, isn't it?
I also can remember such strange behavior and after logging out and logging in again it worked for me.
If not try with deleting tha cache: https://dev50047.service-now.com/cache.do

I think this is Read access permission issue. It looks like you have ready access to the workspace, but not data of record.
It this is an incident record, please check ACL-Read and see whether you have read access
