Hello Community,
I’m working with a custom application and workspace, and I’m trying to display Response Templates in the right-side panel, including the related response templates.
I've created Response Template component in UI Builder and I'm able see it on workspace, but I’m able to get the response templates in my custom workspace. The Response Template plugin is already installed and is currently being used successfully in the HR Workspace.
Since I’m new to UI Builder, I’m not sure if I’m missing any configuration steps or workspace-specific setup requirements.
Has anyone implemented Response Templates in a custom workspace before? Are there any prerequisites, configurations, or best practices I should be aware of?
Any guidance or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.
