Need notifications when replies are sent to a case.

Whenever a client replies to a case generated via Email to ticket, I need a notification sent out to the assignee of that case so we don't miss any sort of information, just like how SN notifies us whenever a new comment is added.

I've been plugging away at this via inbound actions and notifications all day and have about hit my limit, I've seen similar posts about such an issue but was hoping someone had an easy solution I just haven't thought of yet.

Is there any easy solution to be notified on "Email received"?

This is the only event coming in each time i email into the system:

That does not appears to be the correct one. The name should be case.email.received based on the gs.evenQueue in your code. Are you not see this one at all?

Nope nothing in the logs is even calling that it seems.

Can you add the gs.log I had asked about earlier?  This was we can try some other steps to see what is going on. These logs will appears under scripted log statements.

I did add the gs.log from earlier and emailed in a few more times just now, these are all that showed up in scripted log statements.
