Not able to Attach files on Virtual Agent Conversation - Virus check

Hi,

 

Im trying to add attachments to a virtual agent chat (Agent Chat/Live Agent) but is timing out due to Virus, how can I avoid this anti-virus checking or workaround it?

@Vinicius Luz It should not just be related to virtual agent, if you try to add the same attachment to any record it should throw same error.

 

It scans the attachment at sys_attachment table and there doesn’t seems to be a way to exclude it for virtual agent.

Hi,  It works on attaching it to a record

I did not see anything related to just Virtual agent here.

This scanning is done at attachment level so should be same for records as well.
