I have a question. I want to collaborate on a task, but I also want to provide exceptional service to the user, which includes giving them a single point of contact. I do not want the user to be aware of the behind-the-scenes details. Is there a way to restrict the person I am collaborating with so they can only access the private work notes, preventing them from accidentally responding in a way that the user can see?
