Hi All,
I have observed when added "Tags" field in 1st column of the List view of HR Agent configurable workspace that time not link is showing for the HR case number, why is it happening ?
Same behavior I have seen my PDI & customer instance. What is reason for that ? If added "Tags" field apart from the 1st column of the HR agent workspace that time link appear for HR case number. I want to understand the reason of behavior.
Any assist will be appreciated.
I just confirmed and it doesn't work in SOW so it's a platform limitation and if you add Tags as 1st column then it won't shown link
1) When I added Tags as 1st column the 1st column is not clickable
2) Short Description is 1st column and it works and shows clickable link in 1st column

Yes Ankur same behavior in native view as well. Attached screenshot as your reference.
No link with HR case when Tags is in 1st column :

So it's a limitation with tags column in native + workspace
I shared results for workspace below and tags column if shown in 1st won't show the record link
