Could you tell me how to do this step by step?

Criterion 3 - Notification of Request Overdue by More Than 3 Days

Criterion 3.1 - Notification Data

Sending Rule: When the request exceeds 3 days after the expiration of the defined SLA. (Fired only once)

Recipient: Members of the MANAGERS_HR group

Navigate to System Notification > Email > Notifications

On the list review the category for SLA. 

Click New on the list.

Name is Criterion 3(Notification of Request Overdue by More Than 3 Days)

Table: select the task table for your request

 

Tebs/section

 

1. When to send:

use the condition builder to create your (Sending Rule: When the request exceeds 3 days after the expiration of the defined SLA)

You can also create an event to trigger this notification as well.

 

2. Who will receive this:

Unlock the group field and seleck: MANAGERS_HR group

 

3. What it will contain:

Criterion 3.1 - Notification Data - what message or data or information needed to be passed like the SLA for task such and such is expired/breached 3 days

 

When completed right click to save and remain on the notification record, and then click preview notification to see how it will be presented to audience.

 

You can use a Flow and Scheduled Job to also complete this as well. Preview the SLA flows and Schedule Jobs in their respective application > modules menus.
