Notification Twice : Knowledge Base

Hi,

We have the Washington version.

Currently, we use the knowledge bases in which we deposit an article in French and an article in English so that all our customers can see the articles regardless of the chosen language.

However, this has the consequence of send 2 notifications of new articles.

1. How do you manage your articles in several languages?
2. How do you manage duplicate notifications? Then, make a condition that routes only for French articles?

3. Other Ideas ?

Hi @V_ronique C_t_ ,

You can enable the "Knowledge Management Internationalization Plugin" to manage multiple language KBs (Check with your account team regarding licensing).

Or

May I know how you are sending these notifications?

You can add logic to send notifications to(if we know the recipient list):

  1. French User - French KB article

  2. English User/No language available on the user record - English knowledge article.

You can get the user/recipient language here

We can script the logic here....
