Notifications not triggering to subscribers when a new article is created under the knowledgebase

Hi Ramesh, 

 

Are you able to provide any further details regarding this issue? If possible, can you answer my questions below...

1. Is the email being generated in the "sys_email" table at all?
2. Is the user definitely subscribed to the Knowledge Base and not a specific Knowledge Artcle?
3. Is the Knowledge Base Owner getting any notifications regarding this Knowledge Base? By default they are subscribed to the Knowledge Bases that they own so should get every email. 
4. Is the notification active?
5. Is your instance domain separated?

2. Is the user definitely subscribed to the Knowledge Base and not a specific Knowledge Artcle?  Yes, Use has subscribed the Knowledge base .
3. Is the Knowledge Base Owner getting any notifications regarding this Knowledge Base? By default they are subscribed to the Knowledge Bases that they own so should get every email.  --> It coming for all knowledge bases, and Knowledge base owners getting the mail.
4. Is the notification active? Yes
5. Is your instance domain separated? Not
