Onclick Record producer its navigate to other external page

I have one record producer in CSM portal if we click record producer that thing is navigate to other external form. how can I achieve please help about this.

Hi,

To redirect to external content use content items instead of record producers

Navigate to Service catalog -> Content items. Create a new content item
