Hello everyone,
I am facing an issue in ServiceNow where I want to ensure that when a parent case's state changes from "Resolved" to "Open", the associated child cases should reflect that they were updated by the system, rather than showing the agent's name.

You can build a Flow and run that Flow as system user.
