PDI Predictive Intelligence - Classification (Configuration or Network Error)

Hi All

 

I am trying to create a new "Classification Solution" in my ServiceNow PDI under predictive Intelligence. I was able to configure all the paramters based on a custom Table. But When I hit "Train" for the Solution, it is erroring out stating "Configuration or Network Error" within few seconds.

After few minutes, the State gets auto updated as "Training request timed out".

Have already checked the SNOW KB article Unable to train a ML definition and ml_solution state changes to "Configuration or Network Error". -... and ensured the value is set properly.

 

FYI, My PDI is in Vancouver
