Personalized Signature Block

I'm trying to figure out how to add a personalized signature block to my case updates in the Service Operations Workspace "compose" feature .

It needs to be based on a user who is logged in, rather than the organization appearing to send the email

  

Is there a way to set a default signature that includes my name, title, and contact information? Ideally, I'd like it to appear at the bottom of all my case updates.

 

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry for the late response to your question. You can make use of the Quick Message feature to insert your signature as part of a case update email.
