Priority field value is getting displayed twice in the HR Agent Workspace

Hey there folks, I wanted to know that how can we remove the writing that appears in a colored background in the priority Field in HR agent workspace.

Here is a small glimpse of it circled in blue ink:

The issue is circled in blue ink

I want to get rid of the issue circled in blue ink. Additional notes, this thing is in HR agent workspace and upon opening any HR cases assigned to anyone, in each and every HR cases the priority value is displayed as shown above in the picture. How can we like disable or remove this problem?

that may be the Highlighted Value Configuration. See the Doku here: Set up a highlighted value in a form header in Configurable Workspace .
