Providing read access to cases in CSM portal to user who is having "snc_external" role

Hi everyone,

My requirement is to provide the read access to cases in CSM portal to external user who is having "snc_external" role.
I have tried some ACLs but they didn't workout. Can anyone suggest me the solution.
