We are utilizing the agent workspace on top of a fairly standard out of the box configuration of CSM. When we upgraded to New York, we noticed some additional functionalities in the Agent Assist.
In the screenshot below, you can see functionality to filter the search in Agent Assist to resolved cases, default sources, pinned articles, knowledge articles and questions.
I can't figure out how to determine which of these filters are available in search, how to potentially limit certain filters, or, possibly add or remove new filters
Any ideas?

Can you please where can see the configuration of this filter?
I want to make default search to open cases instead of resolved cases

1. Navigate to Table Configuration from menu.
2. Find the record where (Name is TableName on which table you want to remove Search Resource Config , Title is Agent Assist).
3. Open search context specified from that record.
4. Mark set as default search for which resource configuration you need make default from the additional resource configuration tab in the search context.

Hi @Jamie47.,
I have a similar requirement to hide/remove 'Knowledge Articles' from agent assist.
The problem is if the search resource is additional search configurations, then we can simply remove from slush bucket to not show up in Agent Assist but here 'Knowledge Articles' is not from additional search configurations, it comes from searcher itself in search context.
Any suggestions here?
