Question Regarding CSM B2B2C model

Hello everyone,

Apologies if the question does not make sense as I am new to CSM and currently learning. So will try to explain as best as I can.

In a B2B2C model, our client is a movie streaming company (Net-flux).  They have an account who uses Net-Flux's services. (Five Seasons Hotel).  Now Five Seasons wants it's customers to be able to be able to contact Net-flux directly through their app in case there is some issue with the streaming service.

This is achieved by creating an account consumer, but to create an account consumer, the hotel customer needs a predefined consumer record created already in SN. (at least that's  how I understood)

My question is, how are the predefined consumer accounts created since i know Five Seasons guests aren't going to be getting in touch with Net-flux to created accounts. Also if the hotel gets thousands of one time guests, and they all have predefined consumer records, isn't that a lot of unnecessary data being put into SN ? Or am I not understanding this correctly ?

Thanks
