Hello All,
I have completed the Amazon Connect Setup on my instance. I am getting the transcript and sentiment analysis generated on the call analysis tab in workspace, but the same is not getting attached to the interaction record.
The recording is not getting generated at all. It is always as shown below.
This is on the UTAH release. Any idea what could be the issue here.

Depending on the version of the app installed, you will be able to see the attachments on the phone log (sn_openframe_phone_log.list). There is a related list on Interaction called Interaction Related Records, and when this related list is added, you can see the entry of the phone logs with the attachments here too.
