I have a requirement that when the client replies to some cases from the email method the reply email must be copied to associated incident.

The same content email received must be copied to the incident also. Can anyone help ?

You can't relate one email to 2 records (which was already mentioned before). Why don't you copy the content of the email to the comments/worknotes of your case and copy those to the incident? It's about the information in the email you need there, right?

Do you mean to create an inbound action first to copy email to comments of the Case and then a Business Rule to copy comments from Case to Incident?
